The AI concierge for serviced accommodation
Your guests have questions.
Your property holds the answers.
We’re building AskCasa to turn house knowledge into helpful guest guidance, clear staff handovers and a more connected operation. One property at a time.
Product in development. Public access is not yet available.
Hospitality is personal. Repetition isn’t.
“How does the heating work?” shouldn’t mean searching a PDF, scrolling through messages or calling the host again.
Instructions live in manuals. Updates sit in inboxes. The person who knows the house is often the person everyone needs. AskCasa starts with a simple idea: put that knowledge where guests and teams can actually use it.
Meet the idea behind AskCasa
An AI concierge designed around the details of each property — with the host and team part of the conversation when it matters.
The guest’s question
How do I turn
the heating on?
Guidance with context
“The thermostat is in the hallway. Press the power button, then use + or − to adjust the temperature.”
A handover to the team, with the question and property details together.
Example content only. AskCasa is being designed around property guidance and human handovers.
No guest app or account planned.
Multilingual voice or text in a browser.
Draw on house instructions, documents and clips.
Unanswered questions passed to the host or team.
One house. Everyone connected.
The outcomes we’re designing for — across the people who make a property work.
For guests
Property-specific guidance by voice or text, with a route to a person when more help is needed.
For teams
Guest requests and property details brought together, designed to make handovers clearer.
For hosts
A shared place to maintain instructions and useful answers, instead of repeating them across inboxes.
Build with us
We’re looking for thoughtful conversations with partners and suppliers who see the opportunity to connect guest experience with property operations.
Explore a partnershipThis website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. The AskCasa product is in development.
Help shape the infrastructure, speech and AI services behind a property-aware concierge.
Explore how booking context and operational tools could connect with the guest experience.
Bring the realities of arrivals, maintenance and team handovers into product design.
The bigger idea
Guest assistance is the starting point. Reusable property knowledge is the foundation.
Our ambition is a connected layer of software where useful instructions, resolved questions and operational context stay with the property — reviewed and maintained by the people responsible for it.
We’re developing a subscription software model with an initial focus on serviced accommodation. The planned path runs from guest guidance to staff coordination and broader property operations.

Our roadmap will evolve as we build, test and learn from operators.
A few useful answers
Not yet. The product is in development. We’re welcoming early access enquiries and conversations about pilot opportunities; availability and timing are not confirmed.
Our initial focus is serviced accommodation hosts and operators, and the guests and teams who use their properties.
The planned guest experience starts with a property QR code and runs in a browser, with voice and text options. It is being designed without a guest app download or account.
Yes. We’d like to hear from cloud and AI providers, hospitality software businesses and property service operators. Email Samuel to discuss where your expertise could fit.
